The Approach

IV therapy at a medical spa, not a drip studio

IV therapy delivers fluids, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system and producing nearly 100% absorption. It's an established medical practice that's been adapted in recent years for wellness, recovery, and aesthetic support.
At Rêve, IV therapy is part of our broader medical pillar, not a stand-alone storefront. That means it's overseen by the same medical director who oversees our hormone therapy and weight management programs. Every drip is administered by a licensed registered nurse. Every guest is screened for contraindications before their first session. And every IV visit happens in a private suite (a comfortable chair, a warm blanket, a quiet hour) not an open shared room.
Many of our IV guests combine their drip with other Rêve services: a hydration IV after a Turkish bath, an immunity drip alongside halotherapy during allergy season, a beauty drip as part of a longer aesthetic visit. The integration is the whole point.

Most people who need this have simply been running depleted long enough that depleted became the baseline. If that's you, a drip helps fastest when it's not rescuing a crisis. And if a drip isn't what your body actually needs, we'll say so instead of hanging a bag. Guests book theirs from Troy, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Rochester Hills and across Metro Detroit.

Your Visit

What to expect

01

Brief intake

First-time guests complete a short health intake, medications, conditions, allergies. We screen for contraindications (kidney conditions, certain cardiac issues, pregnancy considerations). Returning guests skip this.

02

Drip selection

Your nurse confirms the right drip for your goals. If you're between options, we'll discuss. Custom combinations available with brief medical consult.

03

Settling in

Private suite, reclining chair, warm blanket. Your RN places the IV with an ultra-fine catheter. The needle itself is in for under a minute.

04

The drip

Standard drips take 45-60 minutes. NAD+ up to 2 hours. Your RN remains accessible the entire time. Most guests read, work, or sleep. Some pair their drip with halotherapy or red light afterward.

05

Afterward

IV is removed, site is bandaged. Most guests feel an immediate energy lift. Drink water for the rest of the day. Return to normal activity immediately.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Intravenous (IV) therapy delivers fluids, vitamins, and nutrients directly into the bloodstream through a vein in your arm. Because it bypasses digestion, absorption is nearly 100%, far higher than oral supplements.

Standard drips: 45-60 minutes. NAD+ drips: up to 2 hours. Booster shots: about 5 minutes total. Plan accordingly.

Pricing is personalized to your plan and shared transparently at your complimentary consultation, before anything begins. Book online any time or call (248) 817-6704.

For specific use cases (recovery from illness, post-travel rehydration, athletic events, supporting other treatments) many guests find it makes a noticeable difference. For general health, the value depends on your baseline.

The classic blend (named for Dr. John Myers): B vitamins, vitamin C, magnesium, and calcium, in saline. Used clinically for over 50 years for general wellness, fatigue, and recovery.

NAD+ is a coenzyme involved in cellular energy production. NAD+ levels decline with age. IV NAD+ delivers a high dose directly to the bloodstream. Guests often report improved energy, cognitive clarity, and mood.

Yes: IV hydration plus a recovery blend with B12, anti-nausea medication, and electrolytes typically produces noticeable relief within 30 minutes.

For wellness, once or twice a month is typical. Athletes or guests with chronic stress may benefit from weekly. NAD+ is usually a series (3-10 sessions close together) followed by maintenance.

When administered by a licensed RN under medical oversight and after appropriate screening, yes. Risks are minimal: small bruise at the site, brief vein irritation, very rare allergic reaction.

For hydration and recovery, usually within an hour. For immunity, over several days. For longevity and NAD+ effects, cumulative over weeks.

Begin with a conversation.

Putting it off carries a cost that never shows up on a receipt: the photo you stepped out of, the afternoon you sat out, the version of you your family gets at the end of a depleted week. The first visit is always a consultation, never a sale. Tell us what's on your mind, and we'll tell you the truth about what will actually help.
