We kindly ask that you do not bring children to your appointment in order to maintain a relaxing environment for all of our clients.

We request a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

To secure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended that you schedule your spa experience well in advance or at the end of your last visit. Our team of professionals allocates specific time slots for each guest, and as a result, we may request a credit card to guarantee your reservation. Please note that all spa experiences are subject to availability, and the services and prices listed on our menu may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. In certain cases, credit cards may be required to reserve appointments, including when using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

To ensure that you start your spa experience in a relaxed state, we kindly request you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you are a new guest, please allow an additional 30 minutes to complete your guest profile. We provide spa robes, slippers, private lockers, and beverages to make your stay comfortable. Please note, if you arrive late, it will reduce the effectiveness of your treatment and limit the duration of your experience. Unfortunately, we cannot extend the service time for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Kindly inform our staff of any physical or medical needs or conditions that require special consideration. This includes pregnancy, food or product sensitivities, or aggressive medications. We recommend leaving valuable items at home as Rêve Med Spa is not liable for lost or stolen items.

Rêve Med Spa accepts payments in Cash, as well as most Major Credit Cards and Rêve Med Spa Gift Cards. The Rêve Med Spa Gift Card holds a certain value that can be used to purchase products and services at their face value. However, it can't be used to buy other gift cards. The card must be presented at the time of purchase, and its available balance will be applied to the transaction. Please note that prices may vary and are subject to change without notice. 

Please keep in mind that Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card and cannot be transferred. Rêve Med Spa is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. 

Also, please note that there will be a $50 fee each time a check is returned, as well as any incurred charges for the collection of payment owed. Finally, please be aware that gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.

If you are not satisfied with any skin or body care product you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. In such cases, you will be issued spa credit. For any other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of payment received within 30 days of purchase.
