Rêve is the French word for dream. It is also a promise — that the moment you walk through our door, you've stepped out of the everyday.

Founded by Silvana and Leo Lumaj in 2024, Rêve Medical Spa is a luxury med spa in Troy, Michigan that brings together advanced aesthetic technology, European wellness traditions, and a small, meticulously trained team. We serve guests from Troy, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Rochester Hills, and across Metro Detroit who are looking for a different kind of care: thorough, honest, and never rushed.

Our team includes licensed medical professionals, master aestheticians, and certified massage therapists — all working under one roof so that your skin, your body, and your wellness are never treated as separate appointments. Whether you're considering your first Botox treatment, exploring hormone replacement therapy, or simply want an afternoon in our Modern Turkish Bath, we begin every relationship the same way: with a conversation.

At Rêve, we're a fully medically supervised facility, meaning every clinical service is overseen by a licensed provider.

Every clinical treatment at Rêve is performed by licensed professionals using FDA-approved technology and products. Our medical director oversees all aesthetic and wellness protocols, and we follow strict cleanliness, consent, and aftercare standards on every visit.

We're at 1890 Crooks Road, Suite 200, in Troy, Michigan — easily accessible from Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Rochester Hills, Royal Oak, and the wider Metro Detroit area. Free parking is available on-site.

Do you offer membership or financing?

Yes to both. Our membership program is built for guests who think of self-care as a practice rather than an occasion, with priority booking and member rituals. We also partner with Cherry Financing for transparent payment options on larger treatment plans.
